Class Information

Who gets to go to class?

Boys and girls ages 2 ½ through 6.

How long is class?

45 minutes once a week (of absolute fun!)

How do I sign up?

Check the Register Now page to see if your child’s school is listed. If it is, you can sign up right there! If your child is not currently registered at one of the schools listed, please contact us for dates and times when public classes are available.

You may also fill out a registration form at your child’s school and leave a payment with that form in our Kids Love to Dance envelope at the school office, give it directly to your child’s dance teacher or mail to:

Can my child drop into a class?

When are classes held during the year?

The KIDS LTD term runs September through May with a two week break at the year’s end. We hold classes for 36 weeks, including the performance during the last 4 weeks.

Are classes ever cancelled?

We do not hold classes on days when your school is closed, and we also follow your school’s snow day policy.

What does it cost to take class?

$45 monthly tuition, but know that we don’t send statements, so we rely on you to get your payments in on time. Please note: monthly tuition remains the same regardless of how many lessons are in each month (3, 4, or 5).

Is there a registration fee?

Yes, there is a one-time registration fee of $10.

Is there a fee for a late payment?

Yes, a $5 late fee will be added to your balance should you not pay by the 5th of the month.

What is your cancellation policy?

You will be charged and your kiddo will be taken to class until you notify the KLTD office (we reserve this space for your child). Please do not leave a message at your school, you must notify us directly (see our Contact Page.)

How do I pay tuition? 

We accept payments online (see below) or you may make checks payable to “KIDS LTD” (please put the name of the child and school on your check.) Leave it in our Kids Love to Dance envelope at the office of your child’s school, give it directly to your child’s dance teacher or mail to:

Can I pay with a credit or debit card?

Yes! We accept Visa, MC, American Express and Discover through online payment only.  Tuition payments made at the class location must by made by Check, Money Order or Cash.  Checks & Money Order may be mailed in to the address above.

What if my child misses class?

We’ll miss you! There is no credit for absences, but you’re welcome to make-up a class for any reason, just call or email for times and locations.

What to wear, what to wear!?

Shorts, leggings or sweat pants and a t-shirt are all great! If your kiddo is wearing a sweater or sweat shirt, be sure to have a t-shirt underneath. We get warm exercising!  (No dresses or jeans please.)

What about shoes?

Dance shoes are great, but dancing in bare feet is just as much fun!

Want to watch your kiddo?

Sure! We encourage you to drop by at any time to observe your child’s class.  If you can’t make it to class but want to know how your child is doing in class, please don’t hesitate to call our office for an update! Don’t forget that we will have a wonderful performance for you during the last weeks of our session.
